SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.
Additional fees may apply for oversized items, expedited shipping, or international orders.
ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
Regular Orders: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, with estimated delivery of 1–5 weeks depending on your location and carrier.
Pre-Orders: When pre-orders are opened, please allow additional time for production and shipment. Estimated delivery for pre-orders may vary between 4–9 weeks.
We will always provide an estimated delivery time, but actual delivery may vary due to production, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery window, you may request a refund by contacting support@maiamonange.com.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Items in the same order may ship separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
RISK OF LOSS & RETURN TO SENDER
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are returned to sender due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

Refusal of delivery by recipient

Failure to pick up a package from the carrier
If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order. We cannot issue a replacement or refund for packages returned due to recipient error.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.
