All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, incorrect addresses provided by you, or carrier errors.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

YOU AND MAIA MONANGE AGREE THAT ANY CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court in Missouri if the claim qualifies.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or misuse of proprietary rights.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maia Monange and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.

MODIFICATIONS
