All purchases made through maiamonange.com are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand all sales are final.

  • You are not entitled to a refund for sizing issues, change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction with fit.

  • You have reviewed all product descriptions, measurements, and details prior to purchase.

This Refund Policy forms part of your binding purchase agreement.


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Promotional or limited-release items

  • Gift cards

  • Shipping fees

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is materially defective or incorrect, you must notify us within five (5) days of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, email support@maiamonange.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed explanation of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Failure to notify us within five (5) days may result in denial of your claim.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the item is defective or incorrect, we may choose to:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Issue store credit

Refunds will only be issued if required by applicable law.


SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


CHARGEBACK POLICY

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to attempt resolution may be considered abuse of our policies.

We reserve the right to:

  • Dispute improper chargebacks

  • Provide transaction and delivery confirmation to your financial institution

  • Recover associated fees

  • Suspend or permanently ban your account


LEGAL RIGHTS

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
